Dr. John Albritton closed his doors in retirement on June 30, 2022. He was a well known OB/GYN in the Winter Park Community for over 30+ years. He will be missed tremendously but we certainly wish him well in this new chapter of retirement. Orlando Urogynecology, office of Dr Kathy Jones and Nurse Practitioner Cathy Karunaratne has been chosen to be the custodian for the medical records of Dr. Albritton's patients.
As of August 1, 2022, Our office received all of Dr. Albritton's patient medical records in an encrypted disk form. Patients who wish to retrieve or request a copy of their medical records, must submit a formal written request with a signature to our office. Please allow the office, fourteen (14) business days to process the request.
